Does Parker’s Place Kennel provide food or should I bring food for my pet?
- Food is available to all pets that are staying in the boarding facility, however it is fine for you to bring your own.
Does Parker's Place Kennel provide bedding for my pet?
- Yes, bedding will be provided. However if you pack your own bedding please make sure it is washable and understand that Parker's Place Kennels is not responsible for any bedding that is torn or ripped during your pets stay.
May I bring along toys for my pet?
- Yes, you are welcome to bring toys however Parker’s Place Kennels is not responsible for lost or destroyed toys.
Is Parker's Place Kennel heated and air-conditioned?
- Yes, all 5,000 ft.² of our kennel is air-conditioned and heated and properly ventilated. Pets experience added comfort in the winter with extra warm blankets and rugs.
Does Parker’s Place Kennel have an age restriction for boarding pets?
- Young pets must be at least four months old and/or all puppy series vaccine completed. The boarding environment is very active and designed for healthy active pets. Older pets are welcome however, underlining medical concerns should be addressed and consulted with your veterinarian. Young dogs must be at least four months old and or all happy series vaccine to completed.
Does Parker's place kennels supply food and water bowls?
- Yes all food and water bowls are provided . There is no need to bring your own bowls from home
Does Parker's Place Kennel provide grooming services?
- YES! Parker's Place does have a grooming service. Grooming services are by appointment only.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Parker's Place Kennels aims to provide a laid-back relaxed environment for your pet. With that being said we are one of the few places that does not require a monetary deposit during busy times such as holidays, Summer vacations, and weekends. We very strongly urge you to share our philosophy and consider other people when cancellations are necessary. Please cancel your reservation at the earliest possible time to allow others to fill your spot. Many times a waiting list is formed. We preferred to function with the honor system "doing to others as you would have done to you." With that being said, if you know what cancellation is necessary please call at the earliest possible time so someone else may be able to use your boarding spot.
- If you are a no-show for overnight care or grooming, a $50 deposit may be required for future reservations.
